When you're young you live by the rule "I'll sleep when I'm dead!"
But sleep is the single most important thing for your health, wellbeing and longevity. If you're not sleeping then everything else will be a monumental struggle. If your sleep is not great then you need the tools to change this.
It's not about living your life to strict diets with rules and regulations that cause confusion and a fear of getting it wrong. Its about enjoying what you eat and following a lifestyle based around whole foods and low sugar. Staying away from nasty processed foods and preparing your meals from scratch with beautiful, nutritious ingredients.
It doesn't matter what exercise means to you. It's about moving and challenging your body. Building strength and reducing fat around your organs and maintaining a lean frame. But this doesn't mean pounding the gym everyday. Find what you enjoy and make it your passion.
Stress is a killer. There is no doubt. Modern life has a way of pulling you in all manner of directions that never allows time for your own wellbeing. You don't need to be a yoga master to develop your inner peace, but you do need to give your self some time to reflect and find calmness.
